CardScanR Beta Programme Terms

Version 2026-08-04 · Applies to public beta applications and participation.

1. Beta software

CardScanR beta software may contain defects, incomplete features or unexpected behaviour. It is provided for evaluation and feedback.

2. Voluntary participation

Joining the beta is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time through the support channels published by CardScanR.

3. Feedback licence

You grant CardScanR permission to use tester feedback, suggestions and bug reports to improve the product. Do not submit confidential information you are not allowed to share.

4. Premium access during and after beta

Premium features may be available during the beta and may end when the beta ends or when your tester access changes. Post-beta complimentary premium is not earned by signup alone. Any complimentary rewards require meaningful participation and later owner approval under programme rules that may change.

5. Limited invitations

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Invitations may be limited, delayed or declined.

6. Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the beta. Account and data deletion options are described in the Privacy Policy and account deletion pages.

7. Acceptable testing behaviour

Use the beta for personal evaluation. Do not attempt to disrupt services, reverse-engineer protected systems beyond ordinary use, harass other testers, or misuse invitation access.

8. Privacy and activity tracking

Application data, essential programme communications and privacy-safe product-health telemetry (when you use the app) are described in the Privacy Policy and beta privacy materials. This website form does not collect card collection contents, passwords, postal addresses or birth dates.
